New 20-year green DSL 2044 raises € 4.98 billion
Today, 17 October 2023, the DSTA launched a new 20-year green DSL via a Dutch Direct Auction (DDA). The bond has an annual coupon of 3.25% and will mature on 15 January 2044.
In total more than € 18 billion bids have been received in the order book. An amount of € 4,981,953,000 was allocated at a uniform cut-off spread of +29.0 basis points over the reference bond, the DBR 2.50% 4 July 2044. Of this amount 76.0% is allocated to ‘real money’ accounts and 24.0% to ‘other’ accounts.
The issuance price was set at € 98.63, which corresponds to an issuance yield of 3.345%.
