Reopening 20-year green DSL 2040 raises € 4.982 billion
Today, 14 June 2022, the DSTA reopened the 20-year green DSL via a Dutch Direct Auction (DDA). The bond has an annual coupon of 0.50% and will mature on 15 January 2040.
In total more than €13.87 billion bids have been received in the order book. An amount of € 4,982,366,000 was allocated at an uniform cut-off spread of +37 basis points over the reference bond, the DBR 4.75% 4 July 2040. This makes the total outstanding amount of this bond €15,690,370,000.
At this cut-off spread is 85% of the bids from ‘green real money’ investors, 75% of the bids from ‘real money’ investors and 18.50% from ‘other’ investors. Of the total amount 21.26% is allocated to ‘green real money’ account, 47.55% to ‘real money’ accounts and 31.19% to ‘other’ accounts.
The price of this bond at this reopening has been set at € 76.00. This corresponds to an issuance yield of 2.154%.
