DSL and DTC auctions of 14 April 2020 postponed to 15 April 2020
The DSTA has decided to postpone today’s planned DSL and DTC’s auctions until tomorrow, Wednesday 15 April 2020, due to technical issues at Eurex.
The specifics of the DSL and DTCs to be auctioned are otherwise unchanged. This means that the settlement date of the auctions remains at Thursday 16 April. The amended and restated versions of the related prospectuses which include the revised issue date are published at the same time as this press release on https://english.dsta.nl/ and are in replacement of the DTC prospectuses dated 6 April 2020 and the DSL prospectus dated 8 April 2020.
The DSL 0.00% July 2030 will be auctioned tomorrow (Wednesday 15 April 2020) at 10:00 CET. With reference to the applicable conditions, at such time the price will be announced at which Primary Dealers can subscribe to this DSL. Primary Dealers have the right (under the usual conditions) to use the “non-comp” facility after the auction has been closed, which expires at Monday 20 April 12:00 CEST. Liquidity of the bond will be guaranteed through a repo facility available to the Primary Dealers.
The DTC tenders maturing in July 2020 and January 2021 will be auctioned tomorrow (Wednesday 15 April 2020) at 11:00 CET.
