Quarterly outlook and issuance calendar third quarter 2019
Today the DSTA published the Quarterly outlook and the issuance calendar for the third quarter of 2019.
The Quarterly outlook presents the latest developments concerning the Dutch economy, the public budget and the financing of the State debt. It also includes the DSL and DTC issuance calendars for the third quarter, which are represented below.
In the third quarter, two tap auctions are planned for Dutch State Loans (DSLs). The DSL 15 July 2029 will be reopened on 9 July and later on 10 September. No DSLs will be issued in August. Target amounts are shown in the table below.

The third quarter has the regular six Dutch Treasury Certificate (DTC) auction dates. The DTC calendar follows the usual pattern, with auctions held on the first and third Monday of every month. The quarter will start with the issuance of the January 2020 DTC-programme.
