As of 1 December 2023, the Advisory Board of the Dutch State Treasury Agency has been established. The role of the Advisory Board is to offer independent and strategic advice covering all aspects of the DSTA, including those related to the fields of work as well as organizational matters.
The goal of the advisory board is to strengthen the DSTA to fulfil its ambition to be at the forefront of a changing world and to achieve the best results for society, investors and colleagues. The advisory board consists of a committed group of external members with a heart for public affairs. The advisory board meets three times a year.

Rob Becker has over 10 years of international supervisory experience in the private and public sector. He was a member of the supervisory boards of the Financial Markets Authority, the University of Amsterdam, the Red Cross Hospital and Aflatoun, an NGO, among others. He is currently a non-executive director at AXA UK, a non-executive director at the ABP pension fund, chairman of the Advisory Board of the Chamber of Commerce and a member of the external advisory board of the World Health Organisation.
Prior to that, Rob spent 9 years at Achmea, first as CFO, and then chairman, of a number of divisions and as a member of the Group Committee. He began his career as a management consultant at Mckinsey & Company where he worked for 16 years in the Netherlands, the UK, China and Singapore. Rob holds a master's degree in physics from the University of Amsterdam, an MA economics from Columbia University in New York and an MBA from INSEAD in France.
Renate Eringa is a true change agent and good at getting things moving. Renate has held many managerial positions including various interim positions through Boer & Croon Executive Interim Management Amsterdam. From this role, she has worked for, among others, Aegon, CAOP, USG People, Essent and Prorail. Renate also has experience in advising from a boardroom role with positions on boards of directors and supervisory boards. She now works for Codarts Rotterdam as chair of the board of directors and holds various ancillary positions in, among others, supervisory boards. She is a member of LTP's Supervisory Board.
Renate studied German language and literature at the Rijksuniveristeit Groningen. She then obtained an MBA Finance & Management from the London School of Economics. She has also done various courses such as the Oxford University: Executive Coaching Program, Harvard University: Executive Leadership Program and most recently the RVX programme for supervisory board members.
Els de Groot has a diverse background in a number of executive and non-executive roles in (international) settings, and has extensive experience in finance, risk management, compliance, IT, ESG and people development. She derives energy from people, complexity, change and sustainable growth. She holds a master degree Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
Els was member of the Managing Board and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Rabobank from 2019 till 2023. Prior to her term at Rabobank, she was member of the Managing Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Royal Schiphol Group, and interim CFO/CRO at Van Lanschot Bankiers. She also worked 22 years at ABN AMRO Bank in a number of different fields, ao structured finance and risk management.
She served as non-executive board member for Vitens (largest water company of The Netherlands), Beter Bed Holding (listed Dutch retailer), Aeroports de Paris (listed international airport operator), and Hardt Hyperloop (start-up).
Mimoent Haddouti worked at Rabobank within the IT domain for 22 years from 2001. There, among other things, she has been in charge of the Cyber Defence Centre (SOC) and IT Continuity, leading various departments, in particular fulfilling cyber security and continuity roles within the IT infrastructure. In 2018, her role was further expanded to include global tactical and strategic responsibilities around Cyber Security, Business Continuity Management and Risk Management and fulfilled this role as Global Head First Line Risk & Security and Global CISO until November 2023. From these roles, she has received several awards such as EZVN Businesswoman 2016, the Digital Leadership & Diversity Award 2017, Goldcrest 2018 and became Global CISO in 2022. Since November 2023, Mimoent made the move to PwC, where she joined the Cyber Security, Privacy & Forensics team as a partner.
As chair of Rabobank's global crisis team, she was involved in managing the COVID-19 crisis and also several major cyber events that could potentially impact the financial sector or Rabobank.
Besides her active career, Mimoent is also actively working for a better society in the context of diversity, equality of opportunity and actively raising overall awareness of cyber security and cyber crime. Mimoent is co-founder and board member of the Power4Talent foundation, in which MBO students are given a helping hand towards the labour market. As a member of the Advisory Board of the HackShield Future Cyber Heroes foundation, she contributes to a safer digital world for 8- to 12-year-old children. In addition, Mimoent was, and still is, a member of the Supervisory Board of housing cooperative Water Weg Wonen, Wigo4IT, MBO Rijnland, a member of the Advisory Board of KleurrijkRabo, a member of the Cultural Advisory Board of Vrije Universiteit and joined as a member of ECP, the Platform for the Information Society. An independent platform for actively sharing and advising government, science, business and education for a reliable, promising and resilient digital society.
Besides her education in Dutch Law, Mimoent has done substantive training in Lean Management, Cyber Security and Risk Management. Mimoent has also completed several executive leadership & board programmes at Harvard Business School, Nyenrode and IMD Switzerland.
Roderick Munsters (1963) is a supervisory director and management consultant. He is currently chairman of the Supervisory Board of Athora-NL, member of the Supervisory Board of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield SE in Paris and independent non-executive director at BNY Mellon Bank SA/NV in Brussels and at Wisayah Investment Corporation in Damman, Saudi Arabia. From 2019 to 2023, he was a member of the Corporate Governance Monitoring Committee. In addition, Roderick is chairman of the supervisory board of hockey club Oranje-Rood in Eindhoven. He has worked in the asset management industry since 1989, where his positions included CEO of Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management and CEO of Robeco Groep NV. Before that, he was Chief Investment Officer at pension funds ABP and PGGM, among others. Roderick was a board member and chairman of Eumedion, the corporate governance platform of institutional investors, from 1998 to 2009. He was also a board member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN).
