Quarterly outlook and issuance calendar second quarter 2019
Today the DSTA published the Quarterly outlook and the issuance calendar for the second quarter of 2019.
The Quarterly outlook presents the latest developments concerning the Dutch economy, the public budget and the financing of the State debt. It also includes the DSL and DTC issuance calendars for the second quarter, which are represented below.
In the second quarter, one tap auction is planned for Dutch State Loans (DSLs). On 16 April, the DSL 15 July 2029 will be reopened. The DDA for the launch of the Green Bond is planned in May. The details for this DDA will be announced on Green Bond Announcement Day, 8 April. Target amounts are shown in the table below.

The second quarter has six auction dates for Dutch Treasury Certificates (DTCs). The DSTA uses the first DTC auction date of the month to tap a 6-month programme and the second DTC auction date of the month to tap both a 3-month and a 6-month programme.
