Outcome of tender for the Bank Transfer Services of the government

The Ministry of Finance has re-tendered the Bank Transfer Services of the government. In this tender, the optional ground for exclusion of grave professional misconduct applied. During the assessment the element of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) was specifically taken into account. On 22 January 2021, the Minister of Finance has informed Parliament of the outcome of this tender. The Central government enters into an agreement with ING Bank N.V., which emerged as the bidder with the best price-quality ratio when assessing the bids. In addition, the government will enter into a reserve contract agreement with the runner-up of the tender, Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A.
